This patient had teeth which were too small and did not fill out her smile so Lumineers were a good fit. Unlike traditional veneers, Lumineers require very little preparation or 'grinding' on your teeth so they are perfect for cases where your teeth seem too small.
We placed 8 Lumineers on her front teeth to fill out her smile and make it more even but still natural.
Traditionally mini implants are used to help retain lower dentures. If you have a loose lower denture and want to 'snap it' into place, mini implants are a great way to do this with a reasonable cost.
But they can also be used to replace individual teeth in low stress areas. In this case a mini-implant was placed and restored with a crown the same day.
For high stress areas like molars it is best to use a full size implant which requires surgery and a waiting period.

This patient was always self-concious about her smile. We removed all decay from her teeth and placed crowns over the front 10 teeth which showed in her smile. Now she smiles all the time.
Silver/Mercury Amalgam fillings can be removed and replaced with natural tooth-colored fillings.
