Facility

At Legacy Dental Care we are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility with new equipment for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.

Comfort

We offer many creature comforts to relax you during your visit so you can think about something other than dentistry. Wait for your appointment on a comfortable couch in our garden sunroom - watch videos on the large screen tv while family members are in the back. Lay back in our comfortable chairs with massage pads and listen to music or watch a dvd on a tv next to your chair, or just look out the oversized window at the lake view. If you're anxious we offer nitrous (laughing gas) to take the edge off. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial

We accept many major insurance plans and will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. If you are 'in network' we charge only your copay or deductible if there is one. If you are 'out of network' we charge the small difference between your insurance reimbursement and our fee.

Some of the insurance plans we are on include MetLife, Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna and Guardian. We are not a part of any HMO/DMOs or 'discount plans' though we do offer our own discounts.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We even offer cash discounts to patients who pay for services in full at the time of their appointment. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

For patients who require major work, we offer Care Credit. This is a payment plan which offers different payment schedules to fit your budget - most with an interest-free period of 3-6 months.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
